Very clear right comic, I recommend it to everyone without exception, everything in it is beautiful, nowhere is it drawn out, the hero is turned inside out, and his personality itself is beautiful, makes you think. about the fact that sometimes we too are just tools in someone else’s hands. It’s amazing MC, it’s like he acts and thinks like an animal in the beginning, but over time the story of his emotions unfolds terrifyingly.
In essence of course it reminds me of a Dorohedoro fanfic. I think it’s hard to argue here, anyone who has read Dorohedoro would notice that the author of Chainsaw was inspired by that work. But, first of all, there is nothing wrong with that, and secondly, in fact, there is an advantage relative to Dorohedoro – not a tight, clear narrative that does not give a second to breathe. The entire work read in a day or a day and a half almost without a peep.
The ending was just a f**king mess, it’s not describable with just words. I didn’t expect that at all, the manga is very interesting and exciting. Magical Battle and Chainsaw Man are like brothers. Both have a soft-comic beginning and just crazy thrash at the end. Just like in the real world – anyone can die in an instant. And that’s regardless of who they are. The author from the beginning wanted to take the clichéd Seinen plot and place it in the real world.
The manga is good, the plot is interesting, the drawing is peculiar. But that doesn’t mean it’s bad. The only downside is that in my opinion the author just blows some of the characters away. Score: 9/10. But if you don’t take into account the character flubbing, then 10/10. In short, if Makima thinks she is stronger than someone, that subject will become her slave. But in Danji’s case, Makima thought he was stronger than she was. I’m not entirely sure about Makima’s motives.
The Chainsaw Man is a highbrow work that I intended to read in order to keep up with what’s going on in the world of the Russian manga community. And I was taken aback as soon as I started reading it, as I tried my best to find something in the pages for which Fujimoto Tatsuki’s work is beloved by a large number of its readers.
The artwork? No. The main character? No. Plot? Funny. The girls? We’ve seen better. And, I’ll admit, I gave up on “The Chainsaw Man” and went on to other works, because I just couldn’t find anything in it worth wasting my time on. Everything seemed trivial, trite, and clichéd, and the GG evoked no emotion other than a mute question as to why this particular weird guy is the main face throughout the story. Even Makima, who everyone loved so much for some reason, didn’t get me at all. And so it was until I came upon…
