Great story, drawing, with humor in this piece. Our main character is cool and pathetic, but also quite an interesting personality, not cardboard. This story, personally, is largely interesting precisely because of this protagonist or his actions, he pivots that plot. There’s not much here for a lover of well-written worlds and intrigue, at this, but this story also has its mysteries or secrets.

I really don’t like to be outgrown as an infant. When you’re about 6 years old, fine. But an infant has no parts of his brain, memory, personality, etc, but that’s an example I liked, on par with this death magician, although that magician explained why he immediately acquired memories, so hopefully, there will be an explanation here too.

When I started reading this manga, I was expecting some classic development, so, the main character is reborn as a baby and becomes super strong. He grows his harem, admirers, or influence. Basically, for the first couple of chapters, that’s what it was. This character was so king in his past life. That shouldn’t affect this plot? Here he is making his first academic strides and becoming stronger than some average adult. Yes, yes, we’ve seen that before. But suddenly, after a couple of incidents, events take a strange turn.

Our hero displays a lot of good qualities. Not just blind courage, but calculation and courage. This character from his past life suddenly affects this plot. He is not just a faceless man from a past life. He is a proud King, wise, strong of authority. Who, in this reborn body, has found what he has sorely lacked–family warmth and affection.

There are many very touching and exciting moments at The Beginning After the End. Lots of characters, Albeit a bit formulaic, But so relevant that quite natural. I want to pay special attention to illustrations. That manga is drawn in web format, which means it’s very long pages. And it looks as good as ever. In chapter 23, one fight in that format looks smooth, you just feel like an animation of some movements. It’s fantastic.

Who will like to Read The Beginning After the End, Fans of rebirth, easy stories, bright drawing, magic, those who don’t like to strain too much while reading something? It won’t appeal to people looking for intrigue in stories and those who like to solve them, to those who prefer to clench their fists while reading, worrying about any characters. This manga will not evoke those feelings.

And finally, one little cherry on this delicious cake is this emotion of Tess’s character, so, I enjoy finding this cutie, where she is not the main character. Our author doesn’t just soullessly copy her. So, every time she carefully conveys her emotions by portraying her chili is a balm to my heart.

All in all, I recommend reading to anyone who likes rebirth manga even a little bit. With a classic adventurer-human-elves-monsters setting and a bit of a tough, but very kind and touching story.
